If you wish to obtain information about our products or services, you can contact us by phone, email, or online forms. When you request information from Hi-Tech we collect some PII, which may include your name, company name, email address, telephone number, street address, and other information. We may collect Device-specific Information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique Device identifiers, and mobile network Information). We may associate your device identifiers with your Hi-Tech Account for your security and ease of system access.
When you use Hi-Tech systems, we may automatically record or log Information from your Device, its software, and your activity related to usage of the Hi-Tech products. This may include:

Hi-Tech Health places great importance on visitor privacy and security. We do not require site registration by visitors and we do not pass personal information about individual users to any third party. Hi-Tech systems are not designed nor intended to be attract children under the age of 13 (“Minors”). We do not knowingly collect PII from minors. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any information to us.
Our site's contact form requires users to give us contact information such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor for informational purposes only. Users may choose not to provide this information if they wish not to. Demographic and profile data are also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor the visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in, and displaying the content according to their preferences.
